I experienced wonderful customer service. Upon entering the office, I was greeted with smiling faces. The staff is pleasant and patient. Dr. Dada is an excellent ophthalmologist with an understanding of client care, patient and pleasant. He welcomes clients with a positive attitude and with a smiling face. In fact, he is always smiling. And very attentive to clients complaints and concerns. The office appears to be patients oriented. Above all, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Dada examining my eyes/vision and communicating feedback of the results to me. And also finding time in busy schedules to attend to my concerns. The opticians are detailed oriented, to the extent of one of the optician noticing the wrong placement of my eyeglass’s nose pads from my previous ophthalmologist visit in another city and taking time to replace them correctly, brought a tremendous relief. I am indeed very appreciative of the care and support that I received. Dr. Dada and his staff are caring, considerate, empathetic and professional .
